Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost and if you don’t arrive after our 15 minute grace period, you will be charged 100% of the total service.

Late Policy

• If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your service.

No Chip/ Lift Guarantee

If for any reason your polish chips or your nail extensions lift within 48 hours from the date you were serviced, we will repair it at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Salon Policy

• Please be mindful that NO dogs are allowed in the salon.

• Due to the limited space of our salon we request that you do not bring any extra guests along with you to your appointment.

• 20% gratuity is automatically added at the end of ALL services. If you would like to edit this amount please inform the person at checkout, Thank you.
